Ride report by Simeon Orme
A joint party of Rough-Stuff Fellowship and Lancaster CTC Section members set off from Warton Parish Car Park under the leadership of Cliff Brown, we were soon heading up various paths towards the summit of Warton Crag but before we got to summit we stop to look at the old Bronze Age Fort. With brief photo stop at the summit, also to look at view of Morecambe Bay and distance Lakeland Fells looking their best on this sunny white Christmas Boxing Day Morning.

We soon on our way through Strickland Wood to visit the three Brothers, we then took the path above Leighton Hall and followed it to Yealand Conyers and Yealand Manor. Then paths through Hyning Scout Wood and back to Warton.
